Every Saturday at 11, on the esplanade of the Palau Sant Jordi, a group of sports enthusiasts meet to hold a session of Functional Training. 

During an hour we perform an excercize routine, wich varies in each training and in which we test our strength by combining burpees, jumps, pushups, squats, with short runs as well as low and high impact exercises.

To respect the diversity of the group, with several levels and charachteristichs. The intensity, number of repetitions and difficulty degree is adapted to the needs of everyone.

At the end of this first part, and for about 20 minutes, we do a STRETCHING class where we stretch and relax all the muscles we have worked out, in order to relief and prepare them for the next time we excercize them.

We ended up the class with a 10 minutes relaxation in which we gently return calm to our body, integrating through breathing and corporal consciousness, all the endorphins segregated durign our sports practice. 

Bring comfortable clothes and good mood to spend wonderfull training session.
