What is Pilates?

The Pilates method consists of a series of muscular exercices that respect the planes of movements of each articulations implicating ideal muscular contractions during each coordinated exercice. The Pilates method that I teach helps in restoring an awareness of gravity and alignment of the body and open possibilities of movement.

What are the benefits of Pilates?

After a session of Pilates you will feel more energy and relaxed at the same time. Since Pilates is a non impact discipline is will be beneficial to people of all ages and physical conditions. Pilates will help better your posture and your performance in your sport as well as prevent injuries. It helps strengthen, stretch, stabilise and lengthen the muscles in your body.

Where and when we train?
The sessions take place each Saturday between 11:00 - 12:00  at the Budo&Zen center in calle Viladomat 50.
