The PG yoga and meditation group meets up twice a week to practice yoga (Mondays and Wednesdays) and Tuesdays to meditate. We also organize special sessions and workshops to deepen the yoga and meditation practise.

WHAT IS YOGA?

The word yoga means union. It is a system which facilitates the integration and harmonisation of body, mind and being. Yoga is a self-help tool, making you more flexible in body and mind, more relaxed and better able to monitor your emotions. Hatha, the yoga of postures, aims to make you aware of the energy in your inner body, raising, balancing and harmonising energy levels.

BENEFITS

Through yoga postures (asanas) and breathing control tecniques (pranayama) you will develop strength and flexibility at a physical level and balance at a mental and spiritual level.

LEVELS

Our sessions are open to all levels, from newcomers to advanced. During sessions, different options are offered, depending on level. 

WHEN?

  • Mondays from 8 pm to 9.30 pm: HATHA VINYASA YOGA (with Silvia)
  • Tuesdays from 8 pm to 9.30 pm: MEDITATION (with Javier)
  • Wednesdays from 8 pm to 9.30 pm: HATHA VINYASA YOGA (with Bruce)

Arriving 10 minutes before the session will help us to start on time.
